SHIPPING
USA Only! We provide FREE
UPS Ground Shipping to any street address within the continental USA.
Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Most
regular orders take 5-7 business days to reach their destination, excluding the holiday
season, where it may take longer to reach your destination. We mainly use UPS Ground for
all orders within the continental U.S.A.
Some packages may originate from different warehouses so it
is possible to recieve shipments that don't arrive all at the same time. Some packages
will require your signature.
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking
number once your order ships. Please check your junk mail if you don't recieve it.
Rates and free shipping do not include: handling charges,
additional cost for 3rd day, 2nd day or overnight service, outbound charges, US
residential delivery charges, delivery confirmation, oversized packages, additional
weight, Saturday delivery, address corrections, rerouting, customs fees and duties, or any
other charges or upgrades by your selected carrier.
We are no longer offering International Shipping
Sorry, we stopped doing international orders like 6 months or
so. There are two reasons for that:
1) Ever since the United States Postal Service raised it's
rates, they also did away with parcel post for international orders, now the only options
that exist for shipping are Priority Mail International. Air Mail and Express Mail
Shipping and no one, who has requested a shipping quote has actually placed an order
since they did that.
After 6 months of doing shipping quotes for people and not getting even a reply back. I
figured it's just a waste of our time to be doing shipping quotes, for people who
won't order anyway with the shipping being so high.
2) Also now with the rates being so high we actually lose
money, since even if we got paid the close to $200 for shipping, paypal would charge us
fees for that $200 payment.
RETURNS
General Terms:
Any damaged items will be gladly exchanged provided you email
us within 48 hours.
If you are unsatisfied with any items you receive, we will accept returns up to 7 days
after original date of purchase. However, you MUST email us first within 48 hours at
ed_269@hotmail.com BEFORE returning anything! All items must be returned
new, unopened and unused in the original packaging.
We will either give you a refund or you may choose to use it
as credit towards a future purchase. Customer pays for return shipping. Unless the
jewelry you receive is actually damaged, we will charge a 30% restocking fee on all
returns.
Special Terms Items:
These special terms are usually included on items that are final
sale closeouts and cannot be returned for one reason or another. If no special
terms are listed then our general terms will apply. The majority of our items will fall
under general terms as we continue to add 100's of new products to the website.
Final closeouts: By purchasing any of
our final closeout items, you are agreeing to not issue a chargeback with your
credit card company and to the following terms: We cannot accept returns or offer any
refunds on final closeout items. If you have a problem with your order please use
the "contact us" link located on the top and bottom of each page within 48 hours
and we will work with you to resolve any issues you may have to your satisfaction.
If a chargeback is issued in the rare case that we are not
able to resolve any issues with you regarding any final closeout sale item, you are
agreeing to a partial refund since your refund will be sent to you minus a 40%
restocking fee. Customer pays for return shipping. All items must be
returned new, unopened and unused in the original packaging.
GENERAL POLICY
We assume no responsibility regarding the resale of any of
our products and/or the guarantee that the content, composition, and/or safety of products
comply's with any or all regulations, laws or standards.
We sell our products as a "Closeout" with the
future use once sold to the buyer being the sole responsibility of the buyer. Some of the
pictures used on this site offer an example of what types of items you may receive, due to
the nature of closeouts, styles may vary sometimes from stock photos.
